High Precision Machining

Bisen Aerospace operates at the highest levels of quality and offers wide-ranging and comprehensive machining capabilities. Continuous investment in advanced technology has resulted in high competitiveness and short lead times.

We operate a fleet of 36+ CNC machines, providing flexibility to meet a wide range of complexities, shapes, sizes, and customer requirements.

The size of components manufactured ranges from very small parts (as small as a pen tip) to parts up to 1 meter in length. A key differentiator of our capability is the ability to machine components with ultra-high accuracy of up to 5 microns.

The majority of our machines are multi-axis, enabling minimal setup for the manufacture of complex parts while maintaining optimized quality and throughput. All machines are equipped with through-spindle coolant, allowing machining of hard materials and achieving excellent surface finishes.

We accept most standard CAD data formats, which are used for offline programming of CNC machines and CMMs to ensure optimized performance.

Production software

We use SolidCAM, Solid Works and iMachining 2D & 3D for Continuous 3 axis and 4 axis machining in VMC and for TurnMill. Solid CAM and iMachining provides seamless integration and full tool path associativity.

SolidCAM is the only CAM with unmatched, patented Machining solution, and it also supports all Milling and Turning functionality, with powerful support for advanced Mill-Turn machines, including Swiss-Type.

Using Solid CAM iMachining we can do faster machining to save cycle time and deliver the products faster with extremely high quality.

We offer various special processes such as painting, plating, and heat treatment to meet functional and cosmetic requirements.

Assembly

We are capable of installing Helicoil wire thread inserts, fasteners, solid bushes, and bearings on complex parts and sub-assemblies. We have strong expertise in miniature part assembly.
